Bilingual Dutch AI Safety Expert | $48–52/hr | Netherlands-Based Remote

Mercor is seeking proficient bilingual speakers (English & Dutch) based in the Netherlands to help make advanced AI models safer and more reliable. This is a flexible, part-time contract role that requires no prior AI or machine learning experience — full training on the workflow is provided.

What You'll Do

• Write expert-level prompts in Netherlands Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations accurately.
• Identify adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting clear reasoning behind your judgments.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands, plus business-level written English.
• Currently based in the Netherlands (this role covers Netherlands Dutch specifically).
• A bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive or dual-use information.

Nice to Have

• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
