Bilingual German Finance Expert | $50–80/hr | Remote

Mercor is seeking native German-speaking finance professionals to help train advanced AI models for the finance industry. This contract role is ideal for experts with deep financial analysis and investment experience, paired with exceptional bilingual communication skills.

• Financial Content Development: Translate and synthesize complex financial concepts into clear rubrics and documentation for AI training.
• Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in both German and English, ensuring precise terminology and nuanced expression.
• Domain Expertise: Provide cultural and financial insights specific to German markets, regulations, and practices.
• Collaboration: Work with peers and reviewers to refine content and ensure industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Native-level German fluency and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of professional experience in finance, banking, consulting, investment, or related sectors.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in financial writing, instructional design, or academic publishing is valued.
• Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development is a plus. Familiarity with generative AI models is a bonus.

Role Details: Remote, asynchronous work; minimum 20 hours per week for approximately 2 months. Structured project environment with clear goals and tools.
