Mercor is seeking a native German-speaking marketing professional to help train advanced AI models by leveraging your expertise in marketing and bilingual communication skills. This is a remote, contract opportunity for candidates based in Germany who are passionate about marketing and language precision.

• Marketing Content Development: Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex marketing concepts, analytics, and practices relevant to the German market.
• Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in both German and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
• Domain Expertise: Provide cultural insights and reflect German marketing norms and media habits.
• Collaboration: Work with peers and reviewers to refine and validate content for accuracy and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Native-level German and strong English skills.
• Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of marketing experience in Germany.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have: Experience with assessment/rubric development and familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts.

This role is remote and asynchronous, requiring at least 20 hours per week for approximately 2 months. Work within a structured project environment with clear goals and tools. The application process includes a resume submission, AI-led interviews, and a paid work trial.
