Bilingual Indonesian AI Safety Expert | $18–22/hr | Remote (Southeast Asia Preferred)

Join a growing initiative to make advanced AI models safer and more culturally aware. We're looking for proficient bilingual speakers (English & Indonesian) to evaluate and improve how AI systems handle sensitive topics in Indonesian. No prior AI or machine learning experience is needed — full training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Write expert-level prompts in Indonesian across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and AI-generated conversations.
• Identify adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting clear reasoning behind your judgments.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian, with business-level written English.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Strong written reasoning skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive or dual-use information.

Nice to Have

• Based in Indonesia or the broader Southeast Asia region (preferred, not required).
• Experience in content review, grading, or red-teaming written or technical material.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
