• Public Policy Content Development: Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
• Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in both Italian and English, ensuring precise terminology and cultural nuance.
• Domain Expertise: Provide unique insights into Italian public policy and culture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with peers and reviewers to refine and improve content.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Native-level Italian and strong English proficiency.
• A degree in policy, political science, sociology, or a related field.
• 2–6+ years of relevant experience in politics, public policy, or think tanks.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing is a plus.
