• Content Development: Create, translate, and adapt educational materials that reflect Japanese curriculum standards and pedagogical practices.
• Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in both Japanese and English, ensuring accuracy and cultural nuance in all content.
• Domain Expertise: Provide insights into the Japanese education system, including assessments, classroom norms, and school culture.
• Collaboration: Work with peers and reviewers to refine educational content and maintain high standards.

Requirements:

• Native-level Japanese fluency and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• 2–6+ years of teaching experience in Japan.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Experience with student assessments is highly valued.

Nice to Have: Experience with rubric development or familiarity with AI/machine learning concepts.
