Bilingual Korean AI Safety Expert | $48–52/hr | Remote (East Asia Preferred)

Mercor is seeking proficient bilingual speakers fluent in both English and Korean to help make advanced AI models safer and more reliable. In this role, you'll apply your language expertise and cultural judgment to evaluate how AI systems handle sensitive topics in Korean. No prior AI or machine learning experience is necessary — full training on the workflow is provided.

What You'll Do

• Write expert-level prompts in Korean across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and AI-generated conversations.
• Identify adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting clear reasoning behind your evaluations.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in Korean, with business-level written English.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress).
• Strong written reasoning skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive, nuanced, or dual-use information.

Nice to Have

• Based in South Korea or the broader East Asia region (preferred, not required).
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
