Bilingual Korean Education Expert | $25–30/hr | Korea Remote

Mercor is seeking a highly skilled education professional with native Korean fluency and strong English communication abilities. This contract role is ideal for experienced educators based in Korea who are passionate about shaping educational content and advancing AI technology.

• Education Content Development: Translate, adapt, and synthesize educational workflows and curriculum standards, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in Korean and English, delivering precise terminology and nuanced educational content.
• Domain Expertise: Provide insights into the Korean education system, including assessments, classroom norms, and pedagogy.
• Collaboration: Work with peers and reviewers to refine content and maintain high standards.

Requirements:

• Native-level Korean fluency and strong English skills
• Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or related field
• 2–6+ years of teaching experience in Korea
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities
• Experience with assessments and rubric development is a plus
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts is beneficial

Role Details: This is a remote, asynchronous contract position requiring at least 20 hours per week over approximately 2 months. You will work within a structured project environment with clear goals and tools.
