Mercor is seeking a native Korean-speaking legal professional to help train advanced AI models in the legal domain. This role is ideal for experienced legal experts fluent in both Korean and English, who are passionate about legal content development and technology.

• Legal Content Development: Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex legal concepts and region-specific Korean legal terminology.
• Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in Korean and English, ensuring accuracy and nuance in legal language.
• Domain Expertise: Offer cultural and legal insights specific to the Korean legal system.
• Collaboration: Work with peers and reviewers to refine content and maintain high standards.

Requirements:

• Native-level Korean fluency and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in Law.
• 2–6+ years of legal practice in Korea.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have: Experience with assessment development or familiarity with AI/machine learning concepts.
