• Medical Content Development: Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex medical concepts into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
• Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in both Portuguese and English, ensuring precise terminology and cultural nuance.
• Domain Expertise: Provide insights specific to Brazilian healthcare, ensuring linguistic and clinical accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with peers and reviewers to refine and improve content quality.

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
• 2–6+ years of professional medical experience.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Experience in medical writing, instructional design, or academic publishing preferred.

Nice to Have: Experience with grading, rubric development, or AI/machine learning concepts.
