Bilingual Spanish Education Expert | $12–30/hr | Remote

Mercor is seeking experienced, native Spanish-speaking education professionals to help shape the future of AI in education. This flexible, remote contract role is ideal for educators based in Spain, Mexico, Central America, or South America who are passionate about curriculum development and bilingual communication.

• Education Content Development: Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex educational materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and pedagogy across Spanish-speaking regions.
• Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in both Spanish and English, maintaining accuracy and nuance in educational terminology.
• Domain Expertise: Provide cultural and educational insights specific to Latin American and Spanish education systems, including assessments and classroom norms.
• Collaboration: Work with peers and reviewers to refine content and ensure quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Native-level Spanish fluency and strong English skills
• Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or related field
• 2–6+ years of professional teaching experience in Latin America
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with student assessments is highly valued

Nice to Have: Experience with rubric development or familiarity with AI/machine learning concepts.
