Mercor is seeking native Spanish-speaking marketing professionals to help train advanced AI models in the marketing domain. This contractor role is ideal for experts based in Latin America or Spain who possess deep marketing knowledge and bilingual fluency.

• Marketing Content Development: Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex marketing concepts, analytics, and practices relevant to Latin America or Spain.
• Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in both Spanish and English, ensuring precise terminology and cultural nuance.
• Domain Expertise: Provide insights into local marketing norms, media habits, and effective strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with peers and reviewers to refine content and uphold marketing standards.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Native-level Spanish fluency and strong English skills.
• Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of marketing experience in Latin America or Spain.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Assessment/rubric development and AI familiarity are a plus.
