Mercor is seeking a skilled professional with native Spanish fluency and a background in government or public policy to help train advanced AI models. This contract role is ideal for experts based in Latin America or Spain who can blend policy expertise with bilingual communication skills.

• Content Development: Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
• Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in both Spanish and English, ensuring precise terminology and nuanced expression.
• Domain Expertise: Provide cultural and policy insights relevant to Latin America or Spain.
• Collaboration: Work closely with peers and reviewers to refine and enhance content.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Native-level Spanish and strong English skills
• Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or related field
• 2–6+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities
• Experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing

Bonus skills include experience with grading, rubric development, or familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
