Bilingual Turkish AI Safety Expert | $23–27/hr | Remote (MENA Preferred)

Mercor is seeking proficient bilingual speakers fluent in both English and Turkish to help make advanced AI models safer and more culturally aware. In this role, you'll apply your language expertise and cultural judgment to evaluate how AI systems handle sensitive topics in Turkish. No prior AI or machine learning experience is required — full training on the workflow is provided.

What You'll Do

• Write expert-level prompts in Turkish across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and AI-generated conversations.
• Identify adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting clear reasoning behind your evaluations.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in Turkish, with business-level written English.
• A bachelor's degree, completed or currently in progress.
• Strong written reasoning skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive, nuanced, or dual-use information.

Nice to Have

• Based in Türkiye or the broader MENA region (preferred, not required).
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
