Bilingual Ukrainian AI Safety Expert | $38–42/hr | Remote (Eastern Europe Preferred)

Join a growing initiative to make advanced AI models safer and more responsible. We're looking for proficient bilingual speakers — fluent in both Ukrainian and English — to evaluate and improve how AI systems handle sensitive topics in Ukrainian. No prior AI or machine learning experience is needed; full training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Write expert-level prompts in Ukrainian across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and AI-generated conversations.
• Identify adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting clear reasoning behind your evaluations.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in Ukrainian, with business-level written English.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Strong written reasoning skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive, nuanced, or dual-use information.

Nice to Have

• Based in Ukraine or the broader Eastern Europe region (preferred, not required).
• Experience in content review, grading, or red-teaming written or technical material.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
