What You'll Do

• Craft expert-level prompts in Vietnamese across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured evaluation guidelines to classify prompts and model conversations.
• Identify adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting clear reasoning behind your assessments.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in Vietnamese, with business-level written English.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Strong written reasoning skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive, nuanced, or dual-use information.

Nice to Have

• Based in Vietnam or the broader Southeast Asia region (preferred, not required).
• Experience in content review, grading, or red-teaming written or technical material.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
