Mercor, in partnership with a leading AI lab, is seeking native French speakers to help capture and evaluate natural voice interactions with a next-generation AI assistant. This is a short-term, paid contract role ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable with everyday productivity tools and structured data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Use voice commands to compose messages, emails, and notes across common productivity apps
• Direct the AI to perform actions such as generating images, formatting text, applying spreadsheet formulas, and summarizing documents
• Record accurate transcripts of spoken queries and produce cleaned-up versions for review
• Evaluate and rate the AI's responses based on quality and accuracy
• Log all task data in a structured tracking sheet and upload supporting recordings to a shared drive

Ideal Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in French (raised or native to France strongly preferred)
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
• Must own a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1, M2, or M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer
• Regular, everyday use of common productivity apps (email, messaging, documents, spreadsheets, browsers)
• Comfortable with detailed, structured data entry and self-directed quality review
