Bilingual Writer – Spanish (Spain) | $38/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is seeking native Spanish speakers (Spain) for a short-term, paid contract to help capture and evaluate natural voice interactions with a next-generation AI assistant. This project is conducted in partnership with a leading AI lab and runs for approximately 3 weeks, starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Use your voice to compose messages, emails, and notes across everyday productivity apps
• Direct the AI to perform actions such as generating images, formatting text, applying spreadsheet formulas, and summarizing documents
• Record accurate transcripts of your spoken queries and produce cleaned-up versions for review
• Rate and evaluate the AI's responses for quality and accuracy
• Log all task data in a structured tracking sheet and upload supporting recordings to a shared drive

Ideal Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish, with preference for those raised in or native to Spain
• Ability to understand and follow instructions written in English
• Must own a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1, M2, or M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer
• Regular, everyday use of common productivity apps (email, messaging, documents, spreadsheets, browsers)
• Comfortable with detailed, structured data entry and self-directed quality review
