We are seeking an experienced Buildium Specialist to support property management operations and sales/marketing initiatives. This is a flexible contractor role ideal for professionals with hands-on expertise in Buildium and a strong understanding of property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize workflows within the Buildium platform
• Support day-to-day property management and operational tasks
• Assist with sales and marketing efforts related to property portfolios
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and communications through Buildium
• Identify opportunities to streamline property operations using platform features

Required Skills

• Buildium – proficient and hands-on experience required
• Property Management – solid understanding of leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance workflows
• Property Operations – ability to manage operational processes efficiently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Generalist mindset with the ability to support cross-functional tasks
