Turing is seeking detail-oriented Business Account Raters to evaluate AI-generated responses for professional users as part of a personalization quality project. This is a remote contractor role requiring at least 4 hours per day with overlap during PST hours, running for 3–4 months.

Role Overview

As a Business Account Rater, you will evaluate how effectively AI systems leverage business email history to deliver relevant, personalized, and helpful responses. Using your active Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account, you will assess AI output quality and provide structured feedback to support model improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses based on your professional email history and business account activity.
• Assess relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and personalization quality of AI outputs.
• Identify issues such as incorrect personalization, unsupported assumptions, or irrelevant recommendations.
• Compare multiple AI responses and determine which provides the better user experience.
• Provide clear, detailed, and well-reasoned evaluation feedback.
• Follow project guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluations.
• Maintain data privacy and adhere to all confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English, Spanish (ES or LATAM), Italian, Portuguese (PT/BR), German, Japanese, Korean, or French.
• Active Google Workspace Account: Must have a regularly used Corporate Gmail account. (Mandatory)
• Gmail display language and inbox majority language must match the target project language. (Mandatory)
• Well-established business inbox with 1,000+ emails and regular account activity.
• Willingness to use your primary business account and complete the required consent process.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is preferred but not required.

• Hours: Minimum 4 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week, with 4 hours of PST overlap required.
