You'll work directly on AI training tasks, answering complex analytical questions and creating scenarios that help LLMs reason more accurately. No specialized domain experience is required — just sharp thinking and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, label, classify, and validate data in accordance with project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all assigned tasks.
• Identify edge cases, discrepancies, and annotation issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Perform quality checks and deliver clear, constructive feedback.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is mandatory.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide detailed, constructive annotations and feedback.
• Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week with overlap during US Pacific hours (UTC-8).
• Reliable desktop or laptop with a strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; strong data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills are highly desirable.
