Key Responsibilities

• Review, label, classify, and validate data in accordance with detailed project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all assigned annotation tasks.
• Identify edge cases, discrepancies, and annotation issues, escalating appropriately.
• Perform quality checks and deliver clear, constructive feedback.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while working independently in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the United States — applications from outside the US will not be considered.
• Strong English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to interpret and consistently apply project guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in data annotation, content review, or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning data projects.
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make consistent, objective decisions.

Engagement Details

• Location: United States only
• Commitment: Minimum 4 hours/day, 40 hours/week with 4 hours of PST overlap required.
• Type: Contractor / Freelancer (no medical or paid leave benefits).
• Duration: 3–4 weeks.
• Time Zone: Overlap with UTC-8:00 (America/Los_Angeles) required.
