Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will help improve LLM performance by answering complex analytical questions, creating training scenarios, and providing detailed, accurate feedback. Your work directly shapes how AI models think and reason — no prior AI experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, label, classify, and validate data according to project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all assigned tasks.
• Identify edge cases, discrepancies, and annotation issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Perform quality checks and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week with overlap during US (UTC-8) hours.
• Reliable desktop/laptop setup with a strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field (candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome).
• Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; strong data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills are highly desirable.
