Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in training and improving LLMs by answering analytical questions, creating training scenarios, and providing detailed feedback. Strong bilingual proficiency in English and German is mandatory for this role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets and answer a variety of analytical and logical questions.
• Create scenarios and examples that help LLMs learn and improve their reasoning.
• Conduct online research to validate claims and support content analysis.
• Break down large content into structured, logical components.
• Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations to guide model improvement.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week with 4 hours of daily overlap with PST (UTC-8).
• Reliable desktop or laptop with a strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field (candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome).
• Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator).
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite.
• Strong data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills.

Engagement Details

• Type: Contractor / Freelancer (no medical or paid leave benefits)
• Duration: 1-month contract (with potential for extension based on performance)
• Commitment Options: 20 hrs/week, 30 hrs/week, or 40 hrs/week
• Overlap Required: 2–5 hours/day with PST (America/Los Angeles, UTC-8)
