Business Analyst - Hindi at Turing

Business Analyst (Hindi) | AI Training Support | Remote | Contractor (30–40 hrs/week)

Turing is looking for analytically sharp, detail-oriented professionals fluent in English and Hindi to help improve large language models (LLMs). This is a fully remote contractor role offering hands-on experience in applied AI and analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, summarize, and break down complex content into clear, logical components
• Conduct online research to validate claims and verify factual accuracy
• Solve analytical and logical reasoning problems
• Create structured training scenarios and explanations to improve LLM performance
• Provide detailed feedback, annotations, and quality assessments

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong analytical, research, and logical reasoning skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Reliable desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field
• Professional writing experience in research, business analysis, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
• Strong data interpretation and basic quantitative skills

• Hours: Minimum 30 hrs/week (30 or 40 hrs/week options available); at least 4 hrs/day with 4-hour overlap with PST
