Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will help fine-tune and improve large language models by answering complex analytical questions and creating training scenarios that expose model weaknesses. Your work directly improves how AI systems reason, interpret data, and solve problems — no prior AI experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, label, classify, and validate data according to project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all assigned tasks.
• Identify edge cases, discrepancies, and annotation issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Perform quality checks and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week with overlap during US Pacific hours (UTC-8, minimum 4 hours/day).
• Reliable desktop or laptop with a strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field (candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome).
• Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; strong data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills are highly desirable.
