Business Analyst (Korean) | AI Training | Remote | Short-Term Contract

Join Turing — one of the world's fastest-growing AI companies — and play a hands-on role in improving large language models (LLMs) like GPT. This is a unique opportunity to future-proof your career in an AI-first world while applying your analytical and bilingual skills to cutting-edge AI research.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst on this AI training project, you will create, review, and annotate analytical scenarios that help LLMs reason more accurately. You'll tackle interesting problems — from interpreting sales distributions across locations to solving logic puzzles — and provide the correct answers and explanations that teach models to improve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, label, classify, and validate data according to project guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all assigned tasks.
  • Identify edge cases, discrepancies, and annotation issues, escalating when appropriate.
  • Perform quality checks and deliver clear, constructive feedback.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets while working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is mandatory.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback.
  • Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Availability to commit to 40 hours per week with overlap during US (UTC-8) hours.
  • Reliable desktop or laptop with a strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field (candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome).
  • Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator).
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; strong data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills are highly desirable.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.
  • Flexible hours in a fully remote work environment.
  • Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM companies.
  • Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.
  • Note: This is a 1-week engagement requiring approximately 4 hours of daily overlap with UTC-8 (Pacific Time).

Application Process

  1. Shortlisted candidates will receive automated analytical challenges.
  2. Clear the challenges and you're ready to get started!
