The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst comfortable with digital tools, side-by-side evaluations, and providing clear, fact-based justifications. You'll perform quality assessments, conduct fact-checking, and support evaluation workflows using browser-based tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform side-by-side (SxS) evaluations comparing outputs for quality, accuracy, and relevance
• Conduct thorough fact-checking to validate information and identify inconsistencies
• Provide detailed, well-structured justifications supporting evaluation decisions
• Follow established evaluation guidelines and maintain quality standards consistently
• Use browser-based tools and extensions to support analysis tasks
• Execute basic command-line instructions to support workflows
• Document findings clearly and communicate insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong computer proficiency in professional settings
• Experience with browser extensions and online tools
• Ability to run basic command-line commands (no advanced programming needed)
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail with ability to justify decisions objectively
• Comfortable with evaluation frameworks and structured analysis
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Located in North America, Central America, Caribbean, or South America

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with evaluation, annotation, QA, or audit work
• Familiarity with data quality or content evaluation
• Background in business analysis, operations, or process improvement

Engagement Details
