What You'll Do

• Solve complex legal and logical reasoning problems to evaluate and improve LLM performance in legal contexts.
• Analyze statutes, case laws, and legal scenarios for accuracy, logical consistency, and alignment with legal principles.
• Summarize legal documents and rulings, and validate interpretations using legal databases and research techniques.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB/LLM) or currently in the final year of an LLB program.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, case law, statutes, and legal interpretation.
• Excellent analytical and legal research skills.
• Fluent in English with strong comprehension and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Legal Associate, Paralegal, Law Clerk, or Legal Researcher.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis, Westlaw, or other online legal databases.
• Proficiency in legal writing, logical deduction, and statutory interpretation.

Engagement Details

• Type: Freelance Contract (no medical/paid leave benefits)
• Duration: 1 month
• Hours: Minimum 4 hours/day, 20 hours/week, with 4 hours overlap with PST
• Location: India (fully remote)

Evaluation Process

• Shortlisting based on qualifications and relevant legal experience.
• Shortlisted candidates complete a ~30-minute automated analytical challenge.
• Successful candidates proceed to a manual interview round.
