Business Analyst / Operations Specialist | $90–140/hr | Worldwide Remote

MICRO1 is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join as a Business Analyst, Researcher, or Operations Specialist. This contract role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex information into clear, actionable insights and enjoys working across research, analysis, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across teams
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making
• Analyze data using tools such as Excel and SQL to surface meaningful trends
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Synthesize complex information into clear reports, memos, and presentations
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support operations management initiatives as needed

Required Skills

• Strong background in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
• Experience with Quantitative & Qualitative Research methodologies
• Proficiency in Data Analysis (Excel required; SQL a plus)
• Demonstrated ability in Process Improvement and Operations Management
• Excellent Analytical Writing and report/memo writing skills
• Strong stakeholder communication and synthesis of complex information

This is a fully remote contract engagement open to candidates worldwide. Compensation ranges from $90 to $140 per hour depending on experience and expertise.
