About the Role

As a Business Analyst on this project, you will help train and improve LLMs by answering analytical questions, creating challenging scenarios, and providing accurate, well-reasoned responses that teach models to think better. No specialized domain experience is required — just strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Portuguese (Brazil).

Example tasks include analyzing sales distributions across locations, solving logical reasoning puzzles, and identifying the correct approach to ambiguous data problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, label, classify, and validate data according to project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all assigned tasks.
• Identify edge cases, discrepancies, and annotation issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Perform quality checks and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Portuguese (Brazil) is mandatory.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week with overlap during US hours (UTC-8, at least 4 hours/day).
• Desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; strong data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills are highly desirable.
