Business Analyst Rater | Remote | 16-week freelance project

What the work involves

This project-based role with Turing involves a defined number of evaluation tasks. Each task requires comparing multiple chatbots and providing a final assessment.

The listing also includes these business analysis responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements, working with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and analyze workflows, processes and data for gaps and improvements.
• Create reports, dashboards, process maps and supporting documentation.
• Support project planning, testing, implementation and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams, track progress, risks, dependencies and performance indicators, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least two years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Experience gathering requirements and mapping processes.
• Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities, with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Schedule and location

• Project duration: 16 weeks.
• Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
• Fully remote work environment.
