Business Analyst (RLHF/Audio) – Korean | Contractor | Remote | ~40 hrs/week

Turing is seeking a bilingual English/Korean Business Analyst to support AI training initiatives focused on audio transcription, annotation, and quality assurance. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe spoken content following provided syntax and formatting guidelines.
• Annotate non-verbal cues such as pauses, laughter, tone changes, and background reactions to capture full context.
• Review and edit transcriptions to ensure they are contextually accurate, complete, and compliant with project-specific standards.
• Identify and report inconsistencies or ambiguities in speech or annotation, providing clear feedback for quality improvement.
• Deliver high-quality audio files on time and in the correct format.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards in transcription and annotation accuracy.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is mandatory.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability of up to 40 hours per week with a 4-hour overlap with Pacific Time (PT).
• Access to headphones and a working microphone.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with audio-related RLHF tasks and/or voice acting is highly desirable.
• Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, translator).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Strong data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills.

Contract Details

• Engagement type: Contractor/Freelancer (no medical or paid leave)
• Duration: 10-week initial pilot with potential for extension
• Hours: Up to 40 hours/week preferred
• Timezone overlap: 4 hours with Pacific Time required
