Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will answer complex analytical questions and create training scenarios that help LLMs improve their reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Your work will directly contribute to making AI smarter and more reliable — no prior AI experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, label, classify, and validate data according to project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all assigned tasks.
• Identify edge cases, discrepancies, and annotation issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Perform quality checks and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with UTC-8 (US Pacific Time).
• Reliable desktop or laptop with a strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator).
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; strong data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills are highly desirable.
