Business Consulting Expert | Up to $150/hr | Remote | 4-week contract, 40 total hours

Turing is looking for Business Consulting Experts to work on projects that fine-tune AI models. You will review and evaluate AI-generated responses to business, strategy, and operational scenarios, helping shape how the next generation of AI understands and reasons about business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to business, strategy, and operational scenarios.
• Apply a structured rubric to assess problem framing, assumptions, reasoning, analysis, and practicality of recommendations.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and blind spots in strategic and operational thinking.
• Provide detailed annotations and written feedback to refine AI models.
• Collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals.

What They're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, operations, or a related generalist role.
• Strong ability to analyze ambiguous business problems and develop practical recommendations.
• Broad understanding of business models, market analysis, process improvement, and organizational decision-making.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in AI annotation is a plus.

Pay and Schedule

• Engagement type: Contractor.
• Engagement length: 4 weeks, with a required commitment of 40 hours total spread across those 4 weeks.
• Pay up to $150/hr, depending on internal evaluation and location.
