Business Development Expert | $40–80/hr | Remote Worldwide

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI organization to enhance how advanced systems support strategic business development. We're seeking experienced business development professionals with expertise in narrative development, RFP strategy, and cross-industry positioning to help refine AI-driven proposal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and synthesize RFPs to identify client pain points, goals, and success criteria
• Analyze professional backgrounds and map relevant experience to client needs
• Craft high-impact bios and narrative elements for proposals and client materials
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for alignment with business development best practices
• Simulate workflows used in high-stakes pitch development and cross-functional deal strategy

Ideal Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, proposal writing, or strategic communications
• Proven success crafting tailored narratives in response to RFPs or enterprise-level deals
• Ability to translate technical or operational experience into persuasive, client-focused language
• Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and decision-maker priorities
• Excellent written communication and synthesis skills across sectors and verticals

Commitment & Compensation

Estimated commitment: 10–20 hours per week. Compensation based on experience and scope of work.
