We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Document Expert with Portuguese language proficiency to support business operations through high-quality documentation, analysis, and communication. This is a flexible contractor role ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, document-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and manage professional business documents with precision and clarity
• Analyze business processes and translate findings into structured, actionable documentation
• Communicate effectively in both English and Portuguese to support cross-functional teams
• Utilize advanced Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to produce polished deliverables
• Ensure all documentation meets quality standards with exceptional attention to detail

Required Skills

• Business Analysis & Communication: Ability to interpret business needs and convey them clearly in written form
• Advanced Office Suite Proficiency: Expert-level command of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to formatting, accuracy, and consistency
• Portuguese Language Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese (written and/or spoken) is required
