Position: Business Expert AI Data Trainer
Location: Remote (Africa | APJ | EMEA | North America)
We’re building the next generation of AI language models—and we need your business expertise to teach them to think, analyze, and innovate like a seasoned professional. As a Business Expert AI Data Trainer, you’ll craft, evaluate, and refine training data that empowers tomorrow’s AI to:
Democratize education by delivering world-class business insights at scale
Stay current on emerging research, trends, and best practices
Automate routine analyses, reporting, and strategic planning tasks
Your subject-matter mastery will directly shape how our models reason, solve problems, and generate creative business solutions.
Design & Author domain-specific scenarios, case studies, and problem sets in areas such as finance, marketing, operations, and strategy
Define Excellence by creating clear rubrics that pinpoint what a top-quality answer entails
Evaluate & Coach AI outputs, identifying logical gaps, ethical concerns, or opportunities for deeper insight
Refine Prompts to streamline workflows for fellow trainers and accelerate model improvement
Collaborate with AI researchers, quality analysts, and fellow experts in regular syncs, workshops, and reviews
Master’s or PhD in Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field
Native-level proficiency in English, with exceptional written communication skills
Published, peer-reviewed research in business disciplines
University-level teaching or high-level tutoring experience
Hands-on industry experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or financial analysis
Morning: Draft a new set of financial modeling challenges; review yesterday’s model outputs
Midday: Lead a quick stand-up to share findings on model bias or ethical considerations
Afternoon: Score AI responses against your rubric; refine prompts for clarity and depth
Late Afternoon: Workshop with researchers to brainstorm novel training approaches
Rate: $15–$30 USD/hour, depending on experience
