Business Intelligence Consultant (Excel) | $40–50/hr | Worldwide Remote

MICRO1 is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Consultant with advanced Excel expertise to support data analysis, reporting, and process automation initiatives. This is a fully remote contractor role ideal for a detail-oriented specialist who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting solutions and dashboards
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and modeling to ensure data integrity
• Develop and optimize Power Query workflows and VBA macros for process automation
• Create and manage pivot tables and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into BI solutions
• Deliver clear written and verbal communication of findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
