Business Professional (HR & MS Office) | $60/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to bring on experienced Business and HR professionals for project-based AI evaluation work. You'll help design realistic business tasks and assess AI-generated outputs across HR and general business workflows — directly contributing to the improvement of AI systems in real-world, domain-specific scenarios. Engagements may be short-term or ongoing based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic recruiting, HR, and business operations tasks for AI model evaluation
• Develop structured exercises using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR platforms such as BambooHR and Greenhouse
• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and professional relevance
• Identify gaps or errors in model responses and refine outputs to meet industry standards

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent operations, or general business operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization), Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with common HR tools such as BambooHR or Greenhouse
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to critically assess business documents for clarity, structure, and correctness
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
