What You'll Do

• Evaluate large language models (LLMs) on capital markets topics including securities pricing, IPO structuring, syndication processes, and fixed income analytics.
• Develop rubrics to assess AI model capabilities on tasks such as bond valuation, yield curve analysis, derivatives pricing, and market risk assessment.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance professionals to refine training methods, evaluation strategies, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Capital Markets (e.g., DCM, ECM, structured products, sales & trading, or market-making).
• Strong understanding of securities markets, pricing mechanisms, issuance processes, credit analysis, and market microstructure.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• CFA (Level I, II, or III), FRM designation, or an MBA in Finance.

Engagement Details

• Compensation: ~$100+/hr depending on experience
• Schedule: Fully remote and flexible, 10–30 hours per week
• Duration: Approximately 1 month, with potential extension based on performance and project needs
