We are seeking an experienced and passionate Career Coach to join our education-focused team on a contract basis. In this role, you will guide individuals through career transitions, professional development, and goal-setting to help them achieve meaningful career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career coaching and counseling sessions tailored to each client's unique goals and background
• Develop personalized career development plans, including resume reviews, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Offer guidance on professional growth, skill-building, and navigating career transitions
• Communicate effectively with clients to build trust, set expectations, and track progress
• Stay current with industry trends and labor market insights to provide relevant, actionable advice

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Career Coaching or Career Counseling
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Deep understanding of professional development frameworks and methodologies
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Background in education or workforce development is a strong plus
