Case Manager Expert | $70–$115/hr | Worldwide Remote | Async Contract

AFTERQUERY is seeking licensed case managers to help build care coordination scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and refine model judgment in clinical settings. This is a flexible, fully remote, asynchronous contract role — paid weekly.

What You'll Do

• Develop realistic, nuanced care coordination scenarios that reflect real-world clinical decision-making
• Document care plans, level-of-care decisions, and discharge planning rationales with clarity and precision
• Apply your expertise in utilization review and complex care coordination to help AI systems better understand clinical judgment
• Contribute at least 10 hours per week on a flexible, async schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LCSW license, or CCM certification
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience in a hospital, payer, or community setting
• Demonstrated depth in discharge planning, utilization review, or complex care coordination
• Strong written English communication skills for documenting clinical scenarios and care decisions
• Ability to commit to at least 10 hours per week
