Mercor is seeking current and former CEOs and Founders who have led organizations of 50 or more employees to contribute their executive expertise to the development of next-generation AI agents. Your real-world leadership experience will directly shape how AI operates within complex enterprise environments.

Project Focus

This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between AI capability and enterprise reality. As a participant, you will help:

• Deepen Understanding: Identify critical nuances in high-level enterprise workflows and decision-making processes.
• Refine AI Logic: Ensure AI agents operate effectively and accurately within established corporate structures.
• Validate Use Cases: Pinpoint the most impactful opportunities for executive-level automation.

Participation Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Must have scaled or led a company with a minimum of 50 employees.
• Data Contribution: Participation may involve providing anonymized data samples to help train and refine AI agent behaviors.
