Chartered Accountant Expert | $85–$125/hr | Worldwide Remote | Async & Paid Weekly

AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced Chartered Accountants to help shape the future of AI. In this role, you will design and build financial reporting and audit scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and refine model judgment in complex accounting contexts.

This is a flexible, fully remote contractor engagement — work asynchronously on your own schedule with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop realistic financial reporting, audit, and tax scenarios to test AI model reasoning
• Document accounting logic and rationale clearly in written English
• Apply deep knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP frameworks to create nuanced, high-quality test cases
• Collaborate asynchronously with the AFTERQUERY team to refine and expand scenario coverage

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant designation in good standing with a recognized institute (e.g., ICAEW, ICAI, CA ANZ, or SAICA)
• 2+ years of post-qualification accounting experience
• Strong depth in financial reporting, audit, or tax under IFRS or local GAAP
• Excellent written English for clearly documenting accounting reasoning
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $85–$125/hr depending on experience
• Schedule: Async, flexible hours
