• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model performance in Chemistry.
• Develop and maintain annotation standards and set rigorous quality benchmarks for Chemistry data.
• Create detailed guidelines and rubrics to evaluate AI model reasoning and task performance.
• Design challenging Chemistry tasks and author accurate, well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate and review Chemistry content, providing clear, actionable feedback.
• Work closely with other subject matter experts to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the US.
• M.S. or PhD in Chemistry.
• At least 2 years of experience at a reputable institution.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and applications.
• Expertise in Organic, Inorganic, Biochemistry, Cheminformatics, Data Science, or Quantum Chemistry is a plus.
• Availability for 20–40 hours per week, including calibration calls 2–5 times weekly.
