Turing is seeking knowledgeable Chemistry contributors to create original, handwritten academic questions captured as images for AI training datasets. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity ideal for educators, tutors, and subject-matter experts based in India.

What You'll Do

• Create 100 original, non-copyrighted Chemistry questions appropriate for school to early college level
• Handwrite each question on paper and photograph it using a smartphone
• Include relevant diagrams, charts, molecular structures, or tables where applicable
• Maintain high variation across submissions — different handwriting styles, paper types, pen/pencil colors, lighting, and orientations
• Some images may intentionally be slightly rotated, partially visible, or lower quality (as long as content remains readable)

Mandatory Deliverables (Per Image)

• Task transcript — a typed version of the handwritten content
• Golden answer — the final correct answer only (no explanation needed)
• Required classifications: subject, query characteristics, number of problems, and entry point (image-only or image + text)

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be based in India
• Strong academic background in Chemistry
• Ability to create fully original questions (no copying from textbooks, exams, or online sources)
• Comfortable handwriting academic content and capturing it via smartphone
• Able to follow detailed quality guidelines consistently

Content Rules

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Copying from textbooks, exam papers, guidebooks, or online sources
• Using copyrighted material
• Typed, printed, or digitally generated questions
• Repeating similar-looking questions or image styles
• Including any personal or identifiable information

Engagement Details

• Type: Contractor (Freelance)
• Commitment: Minimum 30 hrs/week (options: 30 or 40 hrs/week) with at least 4 hours daily overlap with PST
• Environment: Fully remote

Evaluation Process

1. Shortlisted candidates receive a Job Interest Form
2. Profile review followed by an assessment (must be completed within 24 hours)
3. Interview round after assessment
