We're seeking PhD-level Chemistry scientists to author original, executable research problems that challenge today's most advanced AI models. What You'll Do

• Source original material from published papers, open datasets, repositories, or self-designed scenarios
• Write rigorous scientific prompts grounded in your source material
• Build grading criteria that define correct, verifiable answers
• Calibrate tasks against frontier AI models — a task ships only when strong models fail it more often than they succeed

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Theoretical Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated depth in both quantum chemistry and computational chemistry
• Working proficiency in Python, R, or another scientific computing language
• Comfortable with Git/GitHub and running code in Docker (authoring uses a pull-request workflow with automated quality checks)

Preferred Qualifications

• Publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Prior scientific software or research engineering experience
