Key Responsibilities
- Apply deep knowledge of child development and developmental psychology to evaluate and annotate AI-generated data
- Analyze complex scenarios through a developmental psychology lens to ensure accuracy and cultural sensitivity
- Develop and refine guidelines for AI data evaluation related to child development domains
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of researchers, engineers, and domain experts
- Produce clear, well-structured written reports and documentation
- Contribute cross-cultural competence to ensure research outputs are globally relevant
Required Skills & Qualifications
- PhD in Developmental Psychology, Child Psychology, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated expertise in child development theory and applied research
- Experience with data annotation, scenario analysis, or AI data evaluation
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting
