Key Responsibilities

• Apply deep knowledge of child development and developmental psychology to evaluate and annotate AI-generated data
• Analyze complex scenarios through a developmental psychology lens to ensure accuracy and cultural sensitivity
• Develop and refine guidelines for AI data evaluation related to child development domains
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of researchers, engineers, and domain experts
• Produce clear, well-structured written reports and documentation
• Contribute cross-cultural competence to ensure research outputs are globally relevant

Required Skills & Qualifications

• PhD in Developmental Psychology, Child Psychology, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated expertise in child development theory and applied research

• Excellent written communication skills
