We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Child & Online Safety Expert to help shape and enforce policies that protect children and teens in digital environments. This is a critical role for a mission-driven specialist with deep expertise in child safety, CSAM-adjacent policy, and crisis care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and refine child and teen safety policies for online platforms
- Provide expert guidance on CSAM-adjacent content moderation and policy enforcement
- Support crisis-care frameworks and mental health response protocols for at-risk youth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with trust & safety, legal, and product teams
- Identify emerging threats to child safety online and recommend proactive measures
Required Skills & Experience
- Child Safety — deep understanding of child protection standards and best practices
- CSAM-Adjacent Policy — experience navigating sensitive content policy and compliance
- Teen Safety — familiarity with risks specific to adolescent online behavior
- Crisis-Care — ability to design or evaluate crisis intervention workflows
- Mental Health Awareness — sensitivity to mental health considerations in safety policy
